Invitation to tender Vehicles

This Vehicle Tender Form is issued for the purpose of inviting sealed bids, for the purchase of vehicle(s) as specified in the attached tender form. Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the terms, specifications, and conditions outlined herein. The tender includes all necessary information related to the vehicle(s), including make, model, year of manufacture, condition, and any additional features. Interested parties must ensure that their offers are complete by noon 10/12/2025.

Terms & Conditions:
Vehicles are offered “as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees, any tender may be rejected at the seller’s discretion without explanation.
Successful bidders must pay in full by bank deposit within 3 working days, upon funds clearing remove the vehicle within 5 working days; DOT Vehicle transfer as per the Department of Transport regulations.
