CHANGES TO TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

The KLC will be making some changes to travel assistance for those attending meetings in Halls Creek and Kununurra.  

Due to changed requirements from the suppliers, KLC can no longer arrange purchase orders for fuel in Halls Creek and Kununurra.  

Those approved to receive travel assistance to any relevant native title or PBC meeting will now be reimbursed for their fuel expenses. This means you must keep your receipts. 

KLC will be issuing the reimbursements on a weekly basis. Reimbursements will only be processed upon proof of valid fuel receipts from pre-approved requests.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the allocated project officer for the meeting.

Please note, this only applies to the fuel stations in Halls Creek and Kununurra.
